By engaging with Slopeside Technology, LLC for software development or technology consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for software projects, integrations, infrastructure work, or advisory services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or similar agreement.
Invoices are generated monthly or per project milestone, as defined in the applicable SOW. Late payments may incur interest or result in a pause of services.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the custom software, configurations, or documentation produced under the agreement, except for any pre‑existing tools, libraries, or frameworks owned by Slopeside Technology, LLC or third parties. Slopeside Technology, LLC retains the right to reference non‑confidential work in our portfolio unless a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the terms in the SOW, including obligations regarding payment for work performed and in progress.
